Peach Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Sage Council mobile and web application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

• Authentication tokens managed by Firebase Authentication

User-Generated Content

• Images you optionally attach to conversations (if you choose to use the image upload feature)

• App usage analytics collected through Firebase Analytics, including session duration, screens viewed, and feature usage
• Device type, operating system version, and app version

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect advertising identifiers
• We do not collect contacts, phone numbers, or call logs
• We do not collect financial or payment information

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service: To authenticate your identity, store your conversations, and deliver AI-generated responses from historical figure personas
• Improve the App: To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance and features
• Maintain Security: To detect and prevent unauthorized access or abuse

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and stored in secure Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Authentication: For user sign-in and account management (Firebase Privacy Policy)
• Cloud Firestore: For storing chat data and user preferences
• Firebase Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics (Google Privacy Policy)
• Google Sign-In: For authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
• AI Language Model Providers: Chat messages are sent to AI service providers to generate responses. These providers process messages according to their own privacy and data handling policies.

6. Advertising

The App does not display advertisements and does not share your data with advertising networks.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and chat data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual conversations within the App. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us using the information below.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing
